I'm taking a moment to share my experience with this company because I was so happy with the service I received. I had a surprisingly difficult time finding somebody to some drywall repair because most companies would only take big jobs. I am very grateful and happy I found this company. Doug Roth, the owner and operator, told me up front that I may be able to find somebody in a parking lot to do the job for less, but it wasn't going to be the same quality work and the work would not be guaranteed. I want my house to look nice and I don't want just any stranger coming into my home to work on it and come back and rob me later. I was so impressed with Doug's professionalism. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. He was on time. He was very clean and I did not have to do any cleaning after he finished. His work was perfect. He even re-patched another section of my wall which was repaired by a handyman who did lousy work. I could tell that he has a strong work ethic, he is honest and trustworthy. I could also tell he appreciated my business by how he spoke to me and treated me and by the very fact that he thanked me for giving the job to him. He is insured and licensed unlike so many others. I am a good judge of character and I could tell he is a good, hard-working individual pursuing the American dream and is willing to work for it. I will definitely use him again should I need and I will definitely refer him to my friends. It's a shame that there are not more people like him. Thank you, Doug!

I google searched "Drywall Repair Near Me" and saw Doug's profile & 5-Star reviews so I decided to give him a call. Doug came out same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. I was soo please with his quote that I didn't need to call anyone else for more quotes. My garage wall was moldy and had a large hole in the wall and ceiling from old water damage that wasn't fixed by previous owners. There were also a few 1" holes or larger in the ceiling and a baseball sized hole in another wall in the garage. Doug came out a few days later and started first thing in the morning. He gave me a courtesy call and showed up promptly and on time. I'm a DIY kinda guy but I dont know drywall. Doug gladly showed me some tips and tricks for DIY repairs and answered all of my questions.



Doug finished all the repairs in my garage and I couldn't be happier. His drywall work is top notch. He prepped the wall for paining and made everything seamless. He even seamlessly blended the knockdown ceiling texture which turned out fantastic.

Doug is very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends. He does fantastic work and I couldn't be happier with how my garage walls turned out.

I'm so appreciated with Doug and his work that I wanted to tell you my story. I recently purchased an older home and quickly found myself in a potentially big expensive mess with the drywall. Basically, layers of paint were peeling away from the decades in big sections exposing the drywall underneath and all the imperfections with it. The whole dining, kitchen, foyer, hallway and family room was in this condition. Needles to I consulted a few contractors who gave me a variety of solutions that I was less than pleased with what the result would be. Moreover, I had to be out of my rental in two weeks. In a panic I called Doug, who just happened to be around the corner from my house finishing up another job. He and his fianc arrive at my house within 10 minutes of speaking with him. I learned an important lesson that day: When you need drywall work, don't call a painter or general contractor but instead call a person like Doug who specializes in it. Doug immediately calmed my fears by his assurance that he can fix my issue in the time frame needed with a very fair estimate. As other have noted in other reviews he fixed things that were not part of the original estimate without charging additional fees. Doug, is just a pleasure to be around that I hope I can use him for other jobs in the future.

Douglas Roth did such an incredible job this week (May 2023) repairing and replacing stucco in the very front of my house ! He arrived at exactly 8:00 AM on Monday as we had agreed upon. I had a very positive experience in getting my stucco repaired / replaced. Douglas is a PRO !  He does really excellent work. He is very well organized and remained very focused on my work project until completion. Douglas has all the right tools and machines to do the job right. 

He works efficiently and it is clear to me that Douglas knows exactly what he is doing in the stucco repair and replacement arena .Douglas is an excellent communicator and his answers to all my questions were concise and very easy to understand.

My house looks great again, after the work that Douglas performed this 3rd week of May 2023.

Dr. Drywall, aka Douglas Roth, is one fantastic individual! The only reason for a five star rating is that they don't have more stars! I am so appreciative of his expertise, integrity, and all around friendly demeanor. After sustaining considerable damage to an interior wall I didn't think it could be repaired to its original perfection...boy was I wrong thanks to Dr. Drywall! The wall is plumb and strong and the knock-down texture is absolutely perfect. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Doug's professionalism and communication was fantastic: he let us know when he would begin to repair, when he would arrive each day, how long the job would take and provide updates along the way. Dr. Drywall is an perfectionist with many years of training and experience under his belt. He will give you a fair quote and an accurate estimate of the time it will take to complete the job. My husband and I both work and he considerately showed up extra early each morning to accommodate our schedules. He was very clean and neat and respectful of our home. Painters who came in after he completed the job, commented that his stucco work looked amazing. You could never tell there was any repair made at all. Whether you need indoor drywall work or outdoor stucco work, you will be completely satisfied with the job. Dr. Drywall is truly a specialist in the field!

I rarely write reviews, but always look for them when seeking out a contractor for my home, seeing all of these excellent reviews on DR. Drywall and specifically Doug (the owner), I called. Doug offered to come out to do the repair on my ceiling drywall in my garage on Labor Day, he arrived when he said he would, he worked clean, efficiently and equally as important correctly. I had attempted to do the repair myself first, so I probably made his job a little more complicated, but after Doug was finished it looks like it did before the leak. I would definitely recommend him and his company for drywall repair.

January 2017 - Just had my whole living room drywall repaired as the paint peeled off in sheets with additional wholes and pits not to mention the powered walls. We got a good price and I was amazed in seeing the final results as it looked like all new dywall. The meticulous work was done with shining light on the walls to ensure all bumps and lumps were smoothed out. Best of all it was such a pleasure to do business with them, they really care about doing a great job and making their customers happy. Will use the again for replacing drywall in kitchen and bathroom remodel.

We contracted with Doug and he was very professional and dependable. He completed our home repairs with exceptional quality work and in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the finished product. We were in a situation where we were going to loose our homeowners insurance and after completion of the repairs, we were reinstated by our homeowners insurance company. We would highly recommend Doug for your drywall and stucco repairs. We give Doug a 5-star rating!

Dr. Drywall, or Doug Roth, could not be more of a professional! I called him in a pinch when the new exhaust fans installed in my bathrooms left holes in the drywall. Doug answered my call immediately and was out to complete the job in less than 48 hours. His work was amazing! Doug’s talent and attention to detail are evident in his work. My ceilings look wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Drywall to anyone and will certainly use him again.

Doug was amazing!! If you want the job done right this is the company to hire. Doug is clean, neat and punctual. He is extremely detail oriented and will work until the job is done to perfection. He does not cut corners and he is personally at the job site everyday until the job is complete. The walls came out so amazing I can not even tell that they were repaired.

Doug did an awesome job repairing a stucco wall that had an existing window opening and poorly patched door opening. We looked for several estimates and Doug's was the best price, time frame and he did everything he had promised in the time promised. I would recommend Doug again and again.
